This project was for the replacement of an existing 5 bedroom dwelling in a poor state of repair, with a 12,000sqft, 7 bedroom luxury home at the culmination of a suburban cul-de-sac in Chelsfield. The centre piece of the design proposals is a circular marble staircase, which sweeps around a triple height gallery space up to a circular skylight.
