Working for our client Nick Auston Design, this project is for the renovation and extension to a Grade II listed Farmhouse in Kent, with parts dating back to the 14th century. In recent years it has been allowed to deteriorate into a bad state of repair – but our clients have taken it on with the ambitions of restoring it back to its former glory. As well as a meticulous restoration of the existing structure and interiors, the project also includes the removal of poor-quality extended elements and the construction of a contemporary glazed, garden pavilion extension which provides a new kitchen and family spaces and opens the farmhouse to the lake and views of the countryside beyond.
