This project was for 10 family homes, including 4 affordable units, within the confines of the rural village of Aldington. The design proposals utilise materials and details typical of Kentish rural vernacular architecture to create a development which blends seamlessly into its surroundings. The scheme was also routed in sustainability including the integration of air source heat pumps. The Practice acted as lead consultant through to completion on site including gaining planning permission and producing the technical drawing package.
