This project is for the regeneration of a parcel of brownfield land alongside Milton Creek to provide a mixed use water front development including 24 apartments, café and flexible shared work spaces to serve the local community. Locally sourced materials, including brickwork synonymous to the town's brick making history, and renewable technologies will be used to create a truly sustainable development.
