Having designed and gained planning permission for this 4-bed detached house, we worked closely with the client to achieve a finely crafted, bespoke dwelling located in Newington, Sittingbourne. The front of the property was designed in keeping with the existing rural context whilst a contemporary design approach was applied to the rear, featuring oak finishing details. The rear wings of the property provide framed views to the rural landscape beyond.
